About Allan J. Chappelle

Allan J. Chappelle was a tax and ERISA lawyer and former shareholder of one of the largest law firms in the state of Alabama, Sirote & Permutt, P.C., before starting Chappelle Consulting Group, (CCG) to specialize in retirement plans and wealth management for the participants of those plans. While in the active practice of law Allan noticed a gap in the service capabilities of consultants to cover all the disciplines required.

As a lecturer at numerous tax and legal seminars, Allan became known as a dynamic public speaker. His gift for taking a complex subject and making it understandable and fun is one of the cornerstones of the service provided by CCG, including
a number of wealth management and retirement planning seminars. His experience with the nuances of the plan design with his ongoing commitment to keep his plans "state of the art" has kept CCG on the leading edge for many years .  As an Investment Advisor Representative, Allan offers periodic review of the investments in each plan to assist each client with their fiduciary responsibility to maintain a prudent array of investment options at a reasonable cost but is also an expert in many other sophisticated retirement planning tools as well as business and estate planning for the owners of his clients. Allan's goal is to assemble a service team (including strategic partnerships) that provides the highest caliber of professional expertise along with impeccable integrity and a "client is always right" attitude.

Allan received a B.S. Degree from the University Of Alabama School Of Commerce where he received the Alabama Bankers Award as the Outstanding Finance Student and was chosen for Beta Gama Sigma, Jason's Men's Honorary and Omicron Delta Kappa. He then received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and Master's in taxation (LLM) from New York University School of Law. His sales and professional expertise has resulted in recognition by many industry groups  including the prestigious “Top of the Million Dollar Round Table”, which
