  Frank Weber
CEBS
Frank Weber has been an employee benefits consultant for over 25 years. After obtaining his BS and MBA from the University of Alabama in 1979, he immediately entered the field of employee benefits consulting with the actuarial consulting firm of Booke and Co. (now Aon Consulting) in Winston-Salem, NC.
After obtaining his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and The Wharton School of Business in 1986 he joined Chappelle Consulting at its inception. After a number of years with Chappelle Consulting, he had an opportunity to manage the Cafeteria Plan division of Complete Health (now United Healthcare). Frank spent a number of years with United Healthcare specializing in large group health and dental insurance. He returned to Chappelle Consulting in 2003.
Specializing in 401K and Cafeteria (Section 125) Plan design, implementation, communication and administration, Frank has had an opportunity to work in virtually every area of employee benefits from retirement planning to health insurance. His specialty is the design of efficient core benefit programs (heath, retirement, life, and disability), with an emphasis on Cafeteria Plan design resulting in the effective use of the client's financial resources and cost containment. Additionally, he has developed expertise in the arena of supplementary (or voluntary) benefits and the emerging field of Consumer Driven Health Plans.
