Steve has over 25 years of diverse management experience within both benefit and financial services arenas spanning organizations such as: Ceridian Benefit Services, KPMG and The Vanguard Group. Steve’s career encompasses heading up: a national Retirement Plan Services organization as well as service center operations and client relations for large providers. His project background includes acquisition analysis, systems selection and integration, core business process redesign and business marketing and sales strategy development.
Currently, Steve is COO for Chappelle Consulting Group, overseeing Product Development, CDHP/FSA/COBRA administration as well as technology integration. Prior to coming to Chappelle, Steve was Vice President of Claim Solutions for Acclaris, a benefits software provider, where his responsibilities included: Product Development, FSA Administration and off-shore staff management.
Steve received his B.A. Degree from Dowling College and also holds educational accreditations as a Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor (CFCI) as well as is one of the first Employers Council on Flexible Compensation Graduates (ECFC) class graduates receiving a COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS) certification. Steve has also advocated for the continuation of Flexible Benefits and COBRA benefits through congressional lobbying in Washington D.C.
