Our History
Allan J. Chappelle was a tax attorney for Sirote & Permutt, P.C. in Birmingham , Alabama for nine years where he was a shareholder and Vice-Chairman of the tax department.
During that time, he participated in the legal documentation for some of the earliest flexible benefit programs and company retirement plans.
As the popularity of these plans grew, a gap in the marketplace developed for someone to cover all of the areas of expertise under one roof including plan design, communication, and administration, and investment advisory services.
Over the years our other areas of expertise have been developed to better serve the expanding needs of our clients.
